Q:  I found a Red Creek Spirit necklace I love but I'm thinking I need to change the length.  Can I request that change on a RCS piece?

A:  Absolutely!  I encourage customization!  The cost of the customization is discussed on a per item basis, but almost always less than $25 per item.  You and I will agree on a final price before the work is done, so there are no surprises.  And once the work is completed, the item will no longer be eligible for return.  All sales of customized pieces are final.

Q:  I've got my eye on one of your necklaces that I'd love to buy with some matching earrings, but it doesn't look like you have any in stock. Could you create some for me to match?

A:  Sure thing!  Once you've purchased your necklace, we can discuss the design of some matching earrings (or even a bracelet!) along with the price.

Q:  My RCS bracelet caught on my door handle and broke.  I have all the pieces--can you restring it for me?

A:  Yes, I'll be happy to.  Just send all the parts to me and for a small fee that will cover materials and return shipping, I'm happy to bring your piece back to life.
