Red Creek Jasper and Amber Necklace

My son spent two months in Taiwan last year for an environmental research project, which turned out to be a ton of physical labor during some very hot months.  So he took his time off seriously, exploring all sorts of non-touristy places Taiwan had to offer...one of which was a bead market, where he scored these very rare beads of amber for me as a gift!  I was overjoyed, since amber is both incredibly hard to find and eye-poppingly expensive!  And out of the entire market of beads available, he hand picked just the ones you see in this necklace.  I've held onto these stones for over a year, but they see to go perfectly with these other unusually large disks of red creek jasper that I've been holding onto, along with some round of high quality red tigers eye.  Finished with a decorative gold toggle clasp, this powerful necklace is 19".  N224
